Leadership Team

TEK4-USA, LLC was formed in February of 2010 specifically to design and manufacture EDM drilling machines.  The EDM drilling technology we have developed will serve practical use both now and in the future. This technology is the culmination of many decades of experience in the special EDM processes industry.

Bill Bailey, process engineer, machinist, machine builder, tool maker, and service, has been involved with the manufacture of EDM machinery for the past 30+ years.

Gregg Smith, machine, tool and process engineer, has been designing and building EDM machines and tooling for the past 25 years.

Harry Todosciuk, sales and machine tool engineer, has been involved in the precision tooling industry for 35 years. Twenty-five of these years have been spent with Raycon and other EDM machine builders.

Tom Walser, sales, design engineer and builder, spent time in charge of the manufacture of Raycon EDM machines. During his time at Raycon, Tom was intimately involved in the development of many of the production solutions offered by Raycon.  Tom’s 40+ years of EDM experience dates back to the inception of EDM technology.

Jason Walser, machinist and builder, has been making major machine parts from scratch, repairing mechanical assemblies and assembling projects for 20+ years.

With our combined experience, we are able to provide the same expertise as a large manufacturer with a small company feel. Our three companies that have existed for decades have adapted to our own niche in the machine tool market.  Together we create the go-to builder for 5-axis shaped hole EDM.  Here’s how we do it:

All of us are operating our own facilities to solve manufacturing problems.

Bill owns and operates BB Custom Machining, Inc. He specializes in servicing EDM machines. Bill also provides new tooling for these machines.

Harry owns and operates Research Tool Corporation (RTC), a full service precision custom machining shop with complete engineering capabilities for multi axis projects for all major industries (e.g. aerospace, machine tool, medical, automation and tooling, scientific and experimental, etc.)

Gregg is the engineering manager at RTC. He coordinates and oversees all ongoing build projects.

Tom owns and operates TRAMM Tech with his son, Jason. Together they specialize in providing turnkey solutions for customers across many different industries.  Their years of experience give them the knowledge to build to print or offer up a better solution to make a system work.

As a group we are TEK4-USA. Combining the capabilities of Research Tool, TRAMM Tech, and BB customs, we provide a quality, state of the art, machine that will give years of production. As a group we are able to manufacture machine components to the highest of tolerances, as well as offer professional on site set-up, development, and servicing.
