At Tek4-USA, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our machine assemblies. Currently, we are looking at new ways to increase our machines efficency. It is our hope that by doing so we will create better value for our customers. Below are just a few projects we are working on.
Repackaging
Floor space availability is a problem many of our customers face. In order to combat this problem, our engineers are tirelessly working on repacking our 3g FHD EDM machine assembly to give it a smaller shop floor footprint. Reducing machine size will allow for a greater utilization of our customers shop floor space.
Automatic Electrode Changer
Increasing efficiency is an ongoing process that all manufactures partake in. At Tek4-USA we too are doing our part in finding new ways to increase the efficiency of our machines in order to help our customers. Currently, we are in the process of developing an automatic electrode changer. By adding this feature, the cycle times of our machines will dramatically decrease creating much greater efficiency.
